Because you can’t help but love them!
Lately we have done several shoots with some adorable kids, which is always fun and a bit of a work out! In the ages of about 1-5 yrs old it mainly consists of running along with them and just trying to snap a great shot along the way!
Please check out these albums for more shots, they came out so well and all involved were so pleased!
Please don’t hesitate to contact us if you have any questions about having your little one photographed!

Trashing that Dress
Have you ever heard of ‘Trash the Dress’ photo shoots? I’m not sure who came up with the idea to begin with but I adore the concept. There are several reasons I find it intriguing, one of which is that brides get to actually wear their dresses again! Also the photos can make you do a double-take, at first seeing a nice photo obviously of a bride and then ‘Huh? She’s knee deep in water!?’. I like the moment of shock that so many people get when they see it.
We managed to talk our beautiful cousin Chloe in to trashing her dress for us, it’s not a wedding dress, but a deb dress can still do the trick as you will see…
This was just such a brilliant shoot, we had so much fun and were laughing the whole time. We can’t wait for the next dress trasher!!

Shoot for Our Mum
This beautiful lady is the woman who we both love to bits, our darling Mumsy! Last weekend I made her sit for some shots, after doing her makeup and picking her outfit of course. I’m really happy with how they turned out, she looks as beautiful in the photos as she is in our eyes already…
She still talks about the time she paid for some portraits to be done of our family, she says the make up lady made her look like a tramp and never ordered any pictures of herself!
This time she is really pleased and very happy that she doesn’t look at all tramp-ish!

A Cloudy Malmsbury Wedding…
This Beautiful Malmsbury-Set Wedding took place on a cloudy day in September and I happened to be an actual guest at the event.
A week prior to the wedding Poppy rang and asked if I would take some photos as the friend she had asked wasn’t overly confident. Lucky for Matt and Poppy, my new camera had just turned up so what a perfect opportunity to see what she was capable of!
It did not disappoint! Poppy and Matt decided to have a wedding that depicted the two of them and represented their lives together. There was a strong theme of travel, family and friends along with poppies scattered everywhere (I wonder why!?) and to me this says Matt and Poppy all over.
We had a very short photo session between the ceremony and the reception, basically Matt and Poppy wanted to remember their big day but not spend hours trying to get the perfect shots. Yet even though it was a short time we managed to capture some amazing shots and they were both extremely happy with what we had achieved in such a short time.
We wish Matt and Poppy all the very best for their future together and hope they have all the happiness in the world! xxx
